About Andrea


Hi there! I'm Andrea, a Functional Nutrition Coach and Fitness Trainer, and I am the proud owner of Functional Nutrition 4 Vitality and Fit Together McGregor Gym.


In 2014, I became certified by NASM - National Academy of Sports Medicine, achieved Level 1 Pilates in 2015, and obtained certifications as a corrective exercise specialist and in Level 1 & 2 Functional Nutrition. Additionally, I am a former seasoned triathlete with previous experience in sprint triathlons and half ironman races, as well as participated in multiple running events while training under a University of Minnesota Division 1 coach.


After retiring as an RN, I wanted to shift my focus towards holistic wellness, emphasizing prevention over symptom management. With a decade of experience as a NASM-certified personal trainer, I'm passionate about movement and helping others improve their health.


However, I realized that nutrition and functional health were missing pieces in both my training and that of my clients.


My life motto is, "Live life to the fullest, seek joy, every day is a gift, and do things until you can’t."


That's why I'm dedicated to helping people achieve vitality through the right nutrition, supplements, and exercise. Disease prevention starts with understanding how simple changes can lead to a vibrant life.
